Lodging
The Lodge at Tomales Bay — whole property, ours for three nights.
12 Sir Francis Drake Blvd
Inverness, CA 94937
Front desk (24h) (415) 555‑0100
Check‑in 1:00 PM Wednesday · Checkout 10:00 AM Friday. Rooming list is on the barn door; swap with Dana, not with each other.
Getting there
By van (recommended). Departs 450 Bryant Street, San Francisco, Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Returns Friday, arriving about 3:15 PM.
Driving yourself. About 1 hour 20 minutes from the city via US‑101 North and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Free lot behind the lodge; gate code 4417. Tell Marcus so we do not hold a van seat.
Flying in. Land at SFO or OAK before 9:30 AM Wednesday and take BART to Montgomery, then walk. Later than that, ping Marcus and we will sort a ride.
Two things that catch people out
Cell service is thin past Olema. Download your maps and your music before you leave. Lodge wi‑fi is TOMALES‑GUEST / foghorn2026 and it is fine for email, not for uploads.
Meals are covered — all of them, plus coffee. Anything else, expense it and tag the note "Offsite 2026". Dietary needs go to Ines by October 6 so the lodge can plan.
Where We Eat
